Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email info@theyystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theyystore.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
