SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping nationwide on all orders, every day. No minimums, no codes needed.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for tracking to activate.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@theyystore.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect? We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theyystore.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges? At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or color.


ORDERS

Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders quickly — if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at info@theyystore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do? Please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still missing after 2 business days, contact us at info@theyystore.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.


PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I know which size to order? Our apparel runs in Asian sizing, which tends to run smaller than US sizing. We recommend sizing up at least one size from your usual fit. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one.

What are your products made from? Each product page lists the fabric composition in the Product Details section. We only carry items made from quality, breathable materials suited for comfort and everyday wear.

Are your products true to the photos? We do our best to represent each product accurately. Minor variations in color may occur depending on screen settings and lighting, but the style, cut, and quality will be exactly as shown.
